READ THE DESCRIPTIONThis is just a quick tutorialhttp://build.rockbox.org/ - Click on the iPod Nano 1st Gen and download itMake sure the installer is pointed to your iPod's root drive (in itunes make sure your ipod has disk mode enabled) and do a complete installationFor the youtube download i use the All-In-One Video Bookmarklet for Firefox, you can probably find it with a quick google search, its pretty handy.Total Video Converter is a great program...however you have to pay to get the full version. There are ways around paying though *COUGH GOOGLE SEARCH*...but im not going to go into that.In Total Video Converter, click on the MPEG preset. I just use low quality because the nano screen is so small you cant tell the difference. Click on settings. Keep the audio sampling rate and bit rate at the original or system default. Do the same thing for the video options. Heres the important part: under the Video Resize tab, click custom size and make sure you type in 176 in the first box and 132 in the second, this will ensure that the video is the same size as the screen. Dont mess with the video crop and pad.And the rest is pretty self explanatory...if you have any questions, make sure you double check the video and description to make sure I didn't answer it already, and feel free to comment and/or send me a PM or comment on my profile. Thanks for watching!
