yeah i have a crappy PC...geforce 62001gb of RAM ddr400 x 2 dual channelpentium 4 HT 3.0 socket 775my mobo is too crappy to be even namedso i just got FEAR this week....but i was expecting to run it on lowestbut i've found the PERFECT settings for my systemtextures on maximum1024x resolution (32 bit)effects on mediumAAx2reflections and details on maximumwater res on maximumshader at maximumanistropic x4light detail maximumBUT....i had to take off the shadows...*sigh*no shadows at allthe complex shadows of FEAR lag my crappy card even at 640x resolution....but here is the resultAverage 25-40 fpspretty smooth for my system =)if you have the same system as me...try my settings...yes you can play FEAR =)and the jagged edges you see is not from my comp...its just...FRAPS + Crappy decoders = jagged edges and HUGE file size =/
