Acceptable rating.The Ford Windstar was redesigned for the 1999 model year. The first Windstar- replacing the Aerostar- was released in 1994 for the 1995 model year. It was replaced in fall of 2003 as 2004 models by the Ford Freestar and Mercury Monterey twins, (Monterey replaced the Mercury Villager/Nissan Quest, although Quest want its own way with its redesign in 2004).
