French president Sarkozy made the devil's sign twice in his address to the European Parliament in July 2008. I used to think that University of Texas football fan made this sign, but I am very sure that Sarkozy is not a American football fan. After seeing this clip I am more convinced that this is a satanic sign flashed by members of the New World Order to convey a message.
